First Planting

This weekend, we did our first planting for the season. In our little plot, we have the following veggies and herbs: 

Aspargus
Beans
Broccoli 
Big Boy Hybrid Tomatoes
Cilantro
Green Zebra Tomatoes
Heirloom Tomatoes
Red Cabbage
Red Leaf Lettuce
Romaine Lettuce
Snow Peas 
Spinach


This year is the biggest garden that we have ever had. We're experimenting since the veggie 4-packs at the local hardware store were only $0.58. We'll see what success we'll have this year. I'm hoping to document our successes and blunders, so next year's garden can be even more successful.
